What is Exploit?

Exploit 2026 is a two-day gathering for people who believe the future of AI won't be owned by a single lab, but by permissionless incentivized contributions. It's built around Bittensor's core idea: instead of hand-crafting a closed stack, you create economic games that reward useful contributions, and let a global swarm of permissionless contributors compete to make your system better.

Exploit is part research summit, part operator forum, part showcase of decentralized AI economics. Most speakers are actively running Bittensor projects in production, and a set of external researchers will be bringing other perspectives to the conversation.

Who is putting this together?

Bittensor Commons is a new non-profit entity dedicated to amplifying the visibility, understanding, and adoption of Bittensor. Bittensor Commons is all of us, with wide ranging contributions from across the ecosystem. Our purpose is to put on events by the community, for the community; to help the Bittensor ecosystem to define its own presence, and own its voice. Exploit 2026 will be the first event put on by the Commons, but certainly not the last.
